I am excited about you being happy with your product from Deer Run Created and I am hoping there are no problems, but wood is wood and things happen. If your product is starting to warp, crack or split before one (1) year I will try to fix it to the way it was when you purchased it. If it has problems that are too extensive to fix I will replace it with a similar product or make a new one at no cost to you.

This policy does not apply for normal wear or if there are signs of abuse on the product and the problems it is having are not a natural problem with the wood.
